The G Turbo 650 is a premium multicolor pad printer designed for large part printing. Its features include a turbo pad clean design, a revolutionary granite stone machine structure for stability, and a platform for both pads and printing plates. With four independent pad cylinders, a pneumatic pad carriage, and a servo drive product shuttle, it offers efficient and precise printing. The system includes four sealed ink cup setups, dead-on printing plate registration for quick job changes, and programmable features through PLC control with a large touch screen panel. The printer is housed in a complete cabinet with an optional light beam curtain. Its specifications include four ink cup sizes of 0125 and 130 mm, a printing plate size of 150 x 350 mm, and a maximum speed of 450 cycles per hour in dry cycles. The pad cylinders measure 050 x 125 mm each, with a pad carriage stroke of 250 mm. The system operates on 110/220V power with an air consumption of approximately 290 liters/min.
